Marshall and his co-founder used their social media following on Tik Tok and Instagram to define what product they are going to build, what the features would be and what it would look like.
Their audience said they wanted jeans, they listened and got more orders than they ever imagined. This is truly listening to users to build a successful clothing brand.
The crazy thing about this is that as fast as social media moves and the "I want it now" mentality, Slo tells their customers their orders are going to be slow on delivery. The customers don't care, in fact they love Slo.
